HKU-QMH CARE is licensed by the Council on Human Reproductive Technology (CHRT) Hong Kong as a treatment centre providing assisted reproductive technology procedures. The Centre is also the first and the only centre in Hong Kong to be certified as operating in compliance with the Reproductive Technology Accreditation Committee (RTAC) International Code of Practice.

The Centre follows the International code of practice set by the Reproductive Technology Accreditation Committee (RTAC) Certification Scheme, and is audited annually by an independent Certification Body (CB) that is approved by the Fertility Society of Australia and New Zealand.
