The patients need to fulfil the selection criteria in order to receive public service. Women still need to pay laboratory fee for oocyte freezing and the storage fee. Men still need to pay the laboratory fee for sperm freezing and the storage fee.<\/p>\n

We provide up to 40 cycles of sperm freezing and 20 cycles of oocyte freezing per year in the public fertility preservation service.<\/p>\n

Eligibility criteria for women<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Age <35 years<\/li>\n
  • Have fertility wish after cancer treatment<\/li>\n
  • Have a high risk of ovarian insufficiency after cancer treatment<\/li>\n
  • Have a realistic chance of surviving 5 years after cancer treatment<\/li>\n
  • No prior chemotherapy or pelvic radiotherapy<\/li>\n
  • Antral follicle count >7 on pelvic scanning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

    Eligibility criteria for men<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Age <35 years<\/li>\n
    • Have fertility wish after cancer treatment<\/li>\n
    • Have a high risk of testicular failure after cancer treatment<\/li>\n
    • Have a realistic chance of surviving 5 years after cancer treatment<\/li>\n
    • No prior chemotherapy or pelvic radiotherapy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      *<\/span> Patients still need to pay the laboratory fee for semen freezing and the storage fee.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
